Rated one of the top pizza places in the world, this spot needs no introduction. I feel that this place truly has THE best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The crust is actually flavourful. It's a thin crust, yet it maintains its integrity and holds the cheese and the sauce well(no drops or sagging anywhere). Theres almost no extra oil dripping. The cheese and sauce ratio is perfect as well. They also have clearly mentioned vegetarian pizza's ( if you are not sure what to eat, the lovely staff would help you pick one too based on your needs). The ambience is perfect for a classic pizza spot with amazing lighting and decor. Their outdoor seating facility is also a classy spot to eat, especially at night. The service is spot on as well. I literally don't have a single aspect to negatively critic. It's a world class place and i can see why. I think everyone, a pizza lover or not MUST try this place out if they are in NYC.

Get here early because there will be a line. Probably some of the best pizza I have ever had. They work the line like clockwork. Got two slices; pepperoni (had basil which was excellent) and the L’Industrie slice with burrata and prosciutto. The undercarriage was on point. A must stop in Brooklyn. You eat standing up at a counter but it’s so good you won’t take long to finish.

We waited about 5–10 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The open kitchen was a nice touch—you can watch them making the pizza dough fresh. We ordered the Burrata Pizza, Fig Jam & Bacon Pizza, Mushroom Pizza, and New Yorker Pizza, and every single one was delicious. My personal favorites were the Burrata and the Mushroom pizzas. The crust was just right—crispy, well-baked, and not too thick or too thin. If you like a hint of sweetness, I highly recommend adding a drizzle of hot honey. It balances the saltiness of the pizza perfectly. We also tried the sea salt ice cream. It was exactly what I expected—tasty, though not anything particularly unique. For dessert, we had the tiramisu. It had a pretty strong coffee flavor, which paired really well with a café latte. Overall, we had a great experience. The food was excellent, and a 5–10 minute wait was definitely worth it!

Will keep it simple: the best pizza I have ever had. Bar none. Period. The Burrata and the New Yorker were absolutely amazing and you can taste the quality/freshness of all the ingredients. This is a must visit if you are in NYC, let alone Brooklyn. Great customer service too. Pizza comes pretty quick and there was no wait since I went during the week. All in all, this is terrific and no other pizza comes close. Especially in this area.

Can be a bit packed (I stopped by on a Wednesday around 2p), but the pizza is yummy 😋 I ordered the L'industrie Slice and was very satisfied. Great flavor and texture. Perfect for a quick bite. I visited from DC after hearing about it from my hair stylist, who has friends/family in Williamsburg. It's now one of my future go-tos, whenever I visit Brooklyn again!
